Blue is the colour that decreases appetite



An effortless way to diet. Paint your kitchen Blue. Use Blue table mats, Blue bowls and plates. Replace your refrigerator lights with Blue lights.


Color psychologists state that if people were to prepare and eat their meals on Blue plates, or keep a Blue light in their fridge, they would lose their appetite, or at least temporarily their interest in food.

Why?

There are many food colours found in nature, Brown, Red in berries and in the blood of fresh meat, Orange in vegetables and fruit, Yellow in grubs and other insects considered food.
