Once again, we need your help!

Due to a minor reshuffle in our organization to fit growing demand, Subkarma is looking for someone who is crazy enough to join us and help the company consolidate and expand its customer base.

You will work in an environment where the music is so loud that it will be almost impossible to have a clear conversation with your clients. You will also need to communicate client requirements with our "cool" Designers, who will always give you delivery times that are unacceptable.

You will also need to deal directly with me, James, your Manager, and that is even more difficult. I will give you no time to prepare proposals, I will give you very little support and I will expect you to win every sales opportunity. If not, I will blame you for everything that goes wrong and you may need to sing a song or prepare a dance as punishment at our monthly company meetings.
You will almost certainly spend loads of time on the road with no access to e-mails, which means that your “to-do” list back in the office will grow to unmanageable levels.


On the other hand, you will be rewarded with the wonderful warm feeling of helping Taiwanese businesses move closer to their dreams of success. You will make many, many friends, inside and outside the company. You will have the opportunity to let your hair down and really be yourself. You will also be given a FREE Subkarma T-Shirt (wow!) and a copy of the book “Dos & Donts of Branding in Taiwan” personally signed by Tony and me (who knows? It may be worth something one day…)

Needless to say, you are a fun, happy, positive person and you care about your job and the people you help. You have a natural ability to listen and then suggest solutions that are most appropriate. You are creative in the way you think, but –unlike me- you still manage to plan and set yourself deadlines that you can meet…just.
