Open Box Experiences - 3 WOW factor

WOW! WOW! WOW!

For consumer brands, brand loyalty more often than not, begins at home. It has probably taken us, the consumer, less than 4 seconds to notice the item on the shelf. "I like it." " I want it." " I need it." "I like the brand." These messages are the ultimate drivers in our decisions to make purchases. In design, we must understand that the real brand experience can also happen behind closed doors. I bought something. And then I open it. Is it easy to open? How does it open? What is inside? Any surprise?

At Subkarma, we try to maintain a 3 WOW experience. WOW 1, an eye-catching package experience that speaks out emotionally to the buyer in the retail store. WOW 2, is the opening experience. Is it easy to open? Can I recycle this package? Can I re-use this package? Is my product protected inside? The 3rd WOW is the surprise!
