Graffiti Art - but not in Taiwan.

Graffiti Art hasn't really picked up in Taiwan. There are a few in small student dominated areas, but this artistic self-expressive art form is not widely appreciated. I do not encourge vandalism but perhaps the Taiwan government could allocate special areas for would-be artists to show their colours. Good graffity art can be breath-taking!
